Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet, face, lower leg, or ear correspond with different areas of the body and is a wonderful way to relax and ease tension, improve well-being and sleep.

Reflexology is a very easy treatment to receive, at most, the removal of your socks and shoes. The therapist will apply pressure using thumbs, fingers, and knuckles but the general experience should feel very relaxing.

After one or two treatments some people can feel an improved sense of wellbeing and deep relaxation.
