Sue is a fully qualified L4 Body Control Applied Pilates teacher with advanced knowledge and skills to teach across a broad spectrum of clients.  Sue is also a L4 specialist instructor in the management of low back pain, having undertaken extensive training with BCPA in London.

At the Chiltern clinic she offers tailored Pilates 1:1 sessions and pre class inductions.

She also holds group classes in the local area.
